Tipo de comunicación comercial en la que se solicita permiso a los consumidores antes de enviarles publicidad. De tal manera, el permission marketing tiene tres características principales:

  1. Es anticipado ya que el cliente al dar su permiso está esperando a recibir la información, creando así una expectativa.
  2. Es personal, lo que te ayuda a establecer una relación de confianza con el potencial comprador de tu producto.
  3. Es relevante, porque el cliente recibe información sobre un producto en el que está interesado con antelación.
